Xfinity Rewards

Hi,

My sister won baseball tickets through Xfinity rewards. The game is tomorrow, June 15th. She has still not received the tickets yet (she hit accept weeks ago regarding tickets through gmr marketing/Xfinity email). As it is the weekend, I am unsure who to contact about this matter.

Xfinity Rewards is a free-to-join customer appreciation program. and you earn more the longer you're with us. Once you've joined, you can sign in to your Xfinity account and select "Rewards" on your navigation bar under "Your services". 

From the "Rewards" tab, you can browse the latest offerings, redeem eligible rewards, view your redemption history, and more. Can you navigate here and let me know what you're seeing on your end?

She accepted the sweepstakes weeks ago and was told tickets would be provided within 24 hours of the game. She still hasn’t received them. What you provided did not help at all.

Yes, she has also tried to contact Xfinity through the Primary ID; no answer. Is there anyone I can call or private message to provide further information?

It is also a sweepstakes for baseball tickets. It is not under her reward section, unfortunately. All we have is the email provided-Xfinity/gmr marketing saying she won. She answered back stating accept. Still waiting on tickets…
