Xfinity Rewards

I was unsuccessful navigating to the appropriate area for leaving a thank you note , so here I am .

Customers who are eligible for the reward  :  Perplexity Pro a.i.  one year subscription = free…… it is by far the coolest  app that I have ever encountered . The App Store has a free version with decent reviews , I'll probably download it next year . Check it out ~ it's like playing & learning at the same time  .

Oh , and THANKS to Xfinity Rewards for the opportunity ! 💯

I started using the Perplexity Pro a.i.  one year subscription reward a little over a month ago. It was great! I never tried the pro version before and I really appreciated Xfinity making that available to me!

A couple of days ago I rebooted my computer and needed to log back into my Perplexity Pro account.  When I started using the Perplexity Pro a.i.  one year subscription, Xfinity generated an authorization code that unlocked the Pro features. I can no longer find a way to access the authorization code or login into the Perplexity Pro account. Can you help?

Oh, no! I am sorry to learn that you are not able to log back into the Perplexity Pro account. Thank you so much for your patience after reaching out. I definitely want to try that enhanced search engine out myself. You've come to the right place. Our team of XFINITY experts will do everything we can to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. We are happy to assist. In researching this further, I see that the simplest way to create an account is by logging in with your Apple or Google account. Alternatively, you can sign up using your email address. With a free account, you have access to all their core features, including five Pro Searches per day, three file uploads, Collections, Threads, and Discover. After signing up over a month ago did you create an account with your Apple account or Google account, or did you sign up using your email?

Thank you for your reply! I signed up to the Perplexity Pro a.i.  one year subscription reward with an email account. I can still log using the email account, it's just that the Perplexity Pro features made available through the Xfinity reward are no longer available. I don't why I can't access the one year subscription reward.

You're welcome. Thanks for confirming this for us. After we generated an authorization code that unlocked the Pro features, how did you receive that code from us? Your unique promo code may be used up to eight (8) times. Did you use the code more than once? Here is a great link that I found that has more details on this redemption offer here. At the bottom of their web link, I see that it says your access and use of Perplexity Pro is subject to Perplexity’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
and for further questions or if you run into any issues redeeming the offer, email support@perplexity.ai.
