Xfinity Rewards

I received an email a month ago saying I won tickets to a game. All I had to do was reply saying I claim the prize. It also said that it would contact me 24 hours before the game to transfer the tickets. Today is the game, and I can’t get in touch with anybody.

Hello, @user_80nwu8 are you able to share more details about the email and the game the tickets were for? We want to make sure this is a legitimate email and reward. All official Xfinity Rewards will be redeemed by logging into https://www.xfinity.com/rewards. We typically won't send communication that says to "claim your reward click here." It sounds like a suspect email, but we will need more details to know for sure.

I entered to win a raffle to receive tickets to a Braves game. It was under the Xfinity Rewards, and then after I received an email saying I won.
