Xfinity Rewards
I'm trying to sign up for Xfinity Rewards, and I certainly meet the criteria to be enrolled in the rewards program. When I go to sign up for Xfinity Rewards, it says "Your account isn't eligible to join this program". Xfinity Rewards was one of the biggest reasons that I joined Xfinity, so this is very troubling to me. If I can't access the rewards program I may have to think about finding another provider.

Hello @user_8f7d6d, and thank you for reaching out with your rewards access issue you are having. You have come to the right place to get the support you need. To confirm, the rewards program is only accessible by the primary user ID for the account. Have you confirmed that is the ID you are logged into when trying to sign up for the Rewards?

Let's see if I can find out why you are getting the message using the right ID when trying to redeem.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
