Xfinity Rewards

I am unable to access my Xfinity Rewards. I am getting emails about rewards I can get but am unable to access them. I am getting the error “WE CAN’T OFFER YOU REWARDS RIGHT NOW.” I have cleared the cache, attempted to access on phone and desktop….still nothing. The last reward I was able to access was Free Peacock, but that was several weeks ago. I attempted to utilize Xfinity assistant and got nowhere….it just went in circles. I called into customer service today and also got nowhere. Still not able to get my rewards. I am beyond irritated. Please help.

Hello @user_9d739b Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing the trouble you are having. I can see why you would be irritated. I'm sorry that this has been en error for so long, I would love to help out. Since the peacock offer have any changes happened on the account? I know an obvious potential cause, but it doesn't hurt to check.

To dig into this more please send us a direct message with your name and service address. Also, the Xfinity ID or email address you use when you access the rewards site. 

To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3J0ir1l
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
