Hello, @user_a0502d. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about this situation. Are you getting an error message when you try to log in? Or is it the reward options not appearing after you log in?

I just get a black screen with three moving dots and at the top it says Xfinity rewards

Thanks for your response, @user_a0502d. Have you tried using a different browser? Or devices to see if the issue persists?
