Xfinity Rewards- Where is my Passport to Paris pin?
I completed the Xfinity Rewards 'Passport to Paris' game, and earned the initial pin reward on July 15th. The in-game message indicated that the pin was being shipped to my home (I can provide a screenshot of this). I would like to know when I can expect for my pin to be shipped/delivered. There is no information about this reward anywhere on your site, or in my Rewards account. Again, I earned the pin reward after joining the game on July 15, and your game said a pin would be shipped but I've heard nothing since then. Last week, I tried asking the chat bot for help for 20 minutes but it was completely unresponsive when asked about Xfinity Rewards. Eventually, after nearly an hour, I got a human Xfinity rep on the phone, who also knew nothing about the Rewards program or this game. I am on one hand afraid that this game was a scam by Xfinity, but then again, I see the exact pins posted for sale by others on Ebay. :(
When can I expect my pin to be delivered? I can provide a screenshot from when I earned the pin if needed.
