XFINITY REWARDS - WHAT A JOKE

I have been an Xfinity customer for over 25 years at one address.  I moved 9 months ago to a rental and TRANSFERRED my service (while our new home is being built).  I signed up for Rewards after receiving information about it.  It seems that I am only eligible for silver status because they are not using my entire time with Xfinity, only the address I am currently at.  My service was never interrupted and has been consistent for over 2 decades yet this loyalty is worth nothing to Xfinity.  I'm so sick of companies not rewarding the long time users but only gearing anything towards new customers to suck them in.  I talked to a rep who said she could not help me, there was nothing that could be done and no supervisor that I could speak with.  Very disappointed and looking for alternatives for new service :(

Hello! It looks like the Xfinity Rewards issue was resolved and you were set up for the Diamond status. While you have me here, is there anything else I can assist you with at the moment? -Abbie

The concern is not "home networking" help related. Thread moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to the Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to our forums. I am sorry for your experience with our rewards system. I did a bit of research and it does look like I may be able to get your tier changed but I would need to file a ticket. To dive into this please send me a Direct Message with your name and service address so that I can fully dive into this for you! I will leave you instructions on how to initiate the message with us! I look forward to working with you soon!

- Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

yes I am signed in.  Can you send me what the icon to send a message looks like?  I don't have anything that shows that.  I'd appreciate it.
