xfinity rewards website error (I am eligible for Xfinity rewards, but your website says I am not eligible)

I recently moved from MA (and canceled my Xfinity service where I had Xfinity rewards) and re-established Xfinity service in new Florida address.  I meet 100% of the eligibility criteria for Xfinity rewards at my new address in FL, however, Xfinity's website says I am not eligible for rewards, and I know that this is not correct.  Would someone please help me?  There must be a glitch internally at Xfinity Rewards.  This is very frustrating.  Thanks.  --Todd--

Thank you for staying a part of the Xfinity family with your move @user_m515mm Have you reached out on the Xfinity Assistance on the Xfinity App? Once in the chat you can type reward and select Xfinity Rewards. From there select I need help and that the reward tier is wrong and you want to report an issue with your reward tier. This is the fastest way to get a ticket into our team. If it has been more than 90 days since disconnecting the previous account your tier would start over.
