Xfinity Rewards unavailable

I cannot access Xfinify Member Benefits (formerly Xfinity Rewards). It says "This account isn’t eligible

Only primary account holders are eligible to redeem benefits" 

Im the primary acct holder and must be eligible according to CS who couldnt figure out how to fix the glitch.

Have you tried again, I have seen customer say that the issue has been resolved @TiredOfDealingWithYou

@XfinityDuron​ what customer? Im the customer and I havent said anything of the sort. Just checked again and it says the same as in the thread.

While trying to send DM, it asks for a name to send it to. Whom do I send a DM to?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
