Xfinity Rewards Tier

Hi there. Just like to ask if my account is eligible for Xfinity rewards or my rewards Tier go back to Silver. I think I am in Platinum tier before since I've been with Xfinity since 2015. As I read the Xfinity Rewards FAQ, I am still eligible to have my tier since I did not left Xfinity at all.
