Xfinity Rewards - "Tickets on us: Jurassic World Rebirth Two Free Tickets" - Where is this offer?

I received an email today from Xfinity Rewards promoting two free tickets for Jurassic World Rebirth.  When I accessed my rewards dashboard, I did not see the offer listed.  Is the offer not active yet?  Thank you for the help.

The problem is that NO ONE other than who received the email, is aware of this email and I had a customer service representative tell me 4 incorrect things, seemingly making things up because none of them were true. When I pointed out why their information provided was incorrect, they would ask me to stay connected then 5 minutes later come back with a completely different story. Either its not really from Comcast or the tickets arent going to be available until the end of June or that I already redeemed my tickets and they are on the way via email. After and hour and half I was disconnected for the 2nd time and gave up. Confusing and deceiving customers is simply not ok.

We appreciate you taking the time to fully relay your concerns and frustrations, user_k06e2d. Promotional movie tickets are of a limited quantity, so getting them as soon as possible is always best. If you have followed all the steps needed and gotten a confirmation that tickets would be distributed, then we can certainly help in ensuring that happens.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your name and address, and we can get started anytime.

after several condescending and outright hostile treatment conversations with comcast/ xfinity customer service representatives, i was finally told it was a fraudulent email( regarding 2 free juraissic world tickets) guess diamond status really means lump of coal status ( or lump of something worse) to comcast.

Good evening @user_xv3rio, I'm sorry to hear about your negative customer service experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can forward the feedback. This is never how we want our customers to feel. The 2 Free Jurassic World tickets was not a fraudulent offer, it was legitimate however, all the tickets we had available were redeemed quickly and we have no more tickets available, unfortunately. We are only given a lump sum so once they are all gone, the reward can no longer be redeemed. We apologize for any inconvenience or misinformation. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns we can address.

@XfinityAlyssaA Like others said, the website should show the tickets with OutOfStock sign. It's confusing when it simply no show. What kind of developers your company has!

I am having the same issue. I clicked right when I got the email and nothing. I do not see the reward. Where are the tickets?

they can’t be out of tickets. This seems like a scam. Because I clicked on the email as soon as I received it. Within like 2 min and I never saw the offer.

The two Free Jurassic World tickets was not a fraudulent offer. Unfortunately, all the tickets we had available were redeemed quickly, and we have no more tickets available. We received a limited supply, and once those were taken, the reward can no longer be redeemed. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope to provide exciting offers like this in the future, and hope that you are able to get your tickets next time.

I went to my rewards page literally as soon as the email arrived and it wasn't listed. They do seem to release the rewards before they email about them though so I'd bet they were all claimed by people randomly checking before the email went out. I'm sure it would not surprise anyone here (xfinity reps included) if they still let the email go out even after all the tickets were already claimed. It would be very on-brand for xfinity.

I had this same issue.  Received the email and went to go and get the code and it is not there.  They should at least have something posted saying that the reward is no longer available.  I was really looking forward to seeing that movie.

There was a limited supply of the tickets and apparently they went quickly.  Sorry.  😒

Did anyone redeem the How to Train a Dragon movie? I did. Maybe you only get a pair of tickets max per summer? Either way, it's disappointing that nobody appears to be able to get these Jurassic Park tickets. Hopefully, it's not actually released and email was sent early. Guess we can check daily... lol

The Jurassic Park tickets went quickly, so if you didn't get them when the email first hit your Inbox you're out of luck.  Sorry.  There was only a limited number of tickets given to Comcast.

Same for me I have not been able to get this and clicked it as soon as I received the email and it doesn’t make sense.. many years of loyalty and keep getting charged more every year instead of better perks.

I thought It was just me. I clicked on the link to the Rewards section on the same day I received the email and there was nothing there. No mention of any tickets. I didn't have any issues getting tickets to Wicked last year. You would think that they would at least have a section in there to let you know that all the tickets are sold out instead of having you click on it and not see any mention of it. I tried through the app and on the website just  to make sure and there was nothing there. I think it's a glitch in the system. Sounds like too many people are experiencing the same thing. Especially those that say they clicked on it immediately after receiving the email.

I called Xfinity and chatted online to see if they can figure it out. After much time with a very nice representative she was very determined to get an answer but they ended up sending this email for her even though many of us on here clicked the link as soon as it was emailed. Sounds like they just deleted the promotion and don’t want to give any out really..

Thanks for reaching out! It's fantastic that you're interested in our Xfinity Rewards offers, especially with our "Summer of Movies" event in full swing. We've been excited to bring you a variety of free tickets and rewards each week – I'm personally looking forward to Jurassic World!

I'm truly sorry to hear that the offer for the free tickets you wanted was fully redeemed before you had a chance to claim yours. We know how disappointing that can be.

This seems like a bait and switch type thing- I have not seen one post here or on the many Reddit threads about this topic where a customer was successful in redeeming the tickets. Makes one wonder if there were really any tickets to begin with or was it like 100 tickets offered and all of them just happen to never use the Internet/post about these types of things?

I am a Diamond status customer and couldn't get this offer once logging in. HOWEVER, that isn't the only problem. I log in and no longer see a single reward, not even the cheesy sweepstakes trips (that nobody seems to win) or coloring pages and discounts on purchasing things. Where are my rewards offers? All I see is my rewards history.

Good morning justme3. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and trouble with us on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that you have not come across any of the successes that we have had while working with customers related to missing rewards. I may be in the same boat as you if I didn't recently help someone with a missing reward for a buy one, get one ticket to see How to Train your Dragon. I don't know the underlying issue that was not allowing the customer to redeem the reward, however the rewards team was able to send a link directly to the person after we created a request for them so that they could redeem the buy one, get one offer.

I'm also sorry that you are not seeing any rewards offered at all right now. There has to be something going wrong if everything is missing. I would love to help out and make sure that you have access to all your rewards. As a diamond tier you have some of the BEST perks that are offered!

Are you checking your rewards through the Xfinity app or on the website at xfinity.com/rewards?

@XfinityPaula I checked online first and then checked the app. BOTH only show my rewards history (what I redeemed) and both show absolutely no current rewards offers for me to take advantage of. I have NEVER seen it completely blank without a single active offer for me to try since I have been signed up for the rewards program (years) so what is going on? Yes, I deleted cookies, logged out and logged back in so please do not tell me to do that.

justme3 Thanks for clearing the cache and cookies, I didn't even want to go that route that's why I was interested to know if it was on the app or the website. I appreciate you checking both and clearing things already. I'm not showing any known issues reported currently, so it may be an account issue. I would love to help figure this out and get your access back for us!

Could you please send us a direct message with your name and service address so that we can investigate the account?

WOW, i guess im not the only one that this happened to!  so i logged in immediately after i received the email and absolutely nothing there about the tickets.  i figured i would check the next morning when i got up.  Well, still nothing.  contacted a live agent and they said that there were technical difficulty issues and it would be fixed soon.  i kept checking back and nothing, then i check back and it says "the jurassic world rebirth tickets reward is no longer available".  i honestly dont think there were any tickets unless it was just 2 of them total.  i would find it hilarious if someone filed a class action lawsuit over stupidity like this.

Thanks for your comment, user_4vp7jyI'm sorry that the reward is no longer available, and you were unable to claim it. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you were looking forward to such an awesome movie. Your interest means a lot to us, and we truly appreciate your feedback and understanding.
