Xfinity Rewards - "Tickets on us: Jurassic World Rebirth Two Free Tickets" - Where is this offer?
I received an email today from Xfinity Rewards promoting two free tickets for Jurassic World Rebirth. When I accessed my rewards dashboard, I did not see the offer listed. Is the offer not active yet? Thank you for the help.

The problem is that NO ONE other than who received the email, is aware of this email and I had a customer service representative tell me 4 incorrect things, seemingly making things up because none of them were true. When I pointed out why their information provided was incorrect, they would ask me to stay connected then 5 minutes later come back with a completely different story. Either its not really from Comcast or the tickets arent going to be available until the end of June or that I already redeemed my tickets and they are on the way via email. After and hour and half I was disconnected for the 2nd time and gave up. Confusing and deceiving customers is simply not ok.

after several condescending and outright hostile treatment conversations with comcast/ xfinity customer service representatives, i was finally told it was a fraudulent email( regarding 2 free juraissic world tickets) guess diamond status really means lump of coal status ( or lump of something worse) to comcast.

they can’t be out of tickets. This seems like a scam. Because I clicked on the email as soon as I received it. Within like 2 min and I never saw the offer.

I went to my rewards page literally as soon as the email arrived and it wasn't listed. They do seem to release the rewards before they email about them though so I'd bet they were all claimed by people randomly checking before the email went out. I'm sure it would not surprise anyone here (xfinity reps included) if they still let the email go out even after all the tickets were already claimed. It would be very on-brand for xfinity.

I had this same issue. Received the email and went to go and get the code and it is not there. They should at least have something posted saying that the reward is no longer available. I was really looking forward to seeing that movie.

Did anyone redeem the How to Train a Dragon movie? I did. Maybe you only get a pair of tickets max per summer? Either way, it's disappointing that nobody appears to be able to get these Jurassic Park tickets. Hopefully, it's not actually released and email was sent early. Guess we can check daily... lol

Same for me I have not been able to get this and clicked it as soon as I received the email and it doesn’t make sense.. many years of loyalty and keep getting charged more every year instead of better perks.

I thought It was just me. I clicked on the link to the Rewards section on the same day I received the email and there was nothing there. No mention of any tickets. I didn't have any issues getting tickets to Wicked last year. You would think that they would at least have a section in there to let you know that all the tickets are sold out instead of having you click on it and not see any mention of it. I tried through the app and on the website just to make sure and there was nothing there. I think it's a glitch in the system. Sounds like too many people are experiencing the same thing. Especially those that say they clicked on it immediately after receiving the email.

I called Xfinity and chatted online to see if they can figure it out. After much time with a very nice representative she was very determined to get an answer but they ended up sending this email for her even though many of us on here clicked the link as soon as it was emailed. Sounds like they just deleted the promotion and don’t want to give any out really..

WOW, i guess im not the only one that this happened to! so i logged in immediately after i received the email and absolutely nothing there about the tickets. i figured i would check the next morning when i got up. Well, still nothing. contacted a live agent and they said that there were technical difficulty issues and it would be fixed soon. i kept checking back and nothing, then i check back and it says "the jurassic world rebirth tickets reward is no longer available". i honestly dont think there were any tickets unless it was just 2 of them total. i would find it hilarious if someone filed a class action lawsuit over stupidity like this.
