Xfinity Rewards Stuck on Gold

Hello There

Yesterday i filled out the form on Xfinity Rewards site,  received emailed reply back that stated the following  Thank you for contacting us about Xfinity Rewards. We've approved your request to become a Platinum member! From special perks to unique experiences, we hope you love your rewards.

So why does Xfinity App still show as Gold Level?   Actual Rewards website shows Platinum Level 

And When Will see Peacock Free Offer for Platinum Level on Xfinity Reward site?  When our free Peacock with Gigabit promotion expires?
