Hey, @user_d6e48f! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I hope you are doing well aside from the issue you are having when trying to log into the reward website. Have you tried starting an incognito mode session (Chrome) or Private window (Firefox) to see if you were able to finally get in?
