Xfinity rewards shipping

I'm sorry if this has been answered before but I couldn't find the answer when searching. I recently switched over to Xfinity Mobile. The reward I activated for that was a 50 inch TV. Under status, it shows I qualified for it and that they should send me an update when it ships. My question is: will it be going to the billing address or my service address?

@Hjd8419 Hi there! Great question. All rewards are sent to the service address. Is that the location you want it sent to?

@XfinityJodie​ two days ago, when I checked my status, I saw that I was qualified as of oct. 21st, but now i do not see it at all. What happened?

Hi, @ddp1! Thanks for taking the time to contact us to find out about what happened to that Reward. Great question! When redeeming eligible rewards there is a limited time frame. Did you get to redeem that reward when you saw that you were qualified?

@XfinityGabriel​ Yes. I redeemed in time. and on Oct. 21st, the status said qualified. But now I see no trace of that rewards in my rewards.
