I have a question on the Xfinity Rewards program, does it actually use points at all or were points originally used and later no longer used?  Thanks!

@Almighty188 Hello! Great question, the Xfinity Rewards Program is essentially an incentive benefit where based on your Rewards level you can redeem for available awards. There are no points to track. You can go here (https://www.xfinity.com/rewards) to view what is available to you.

@XfinityBenjaminM​ - Many thanks for the answer.  Did the Xfinity Rewards program ever had points because I remember at one point probably a few years ago, it did seem to have a points balance which increases each month as I never redeemed anything.

Xfinity Rewards will offer customers a mix of special perks, unique experiences and product benefits. This includes $1 movie night, digital discount codes to sites like the NBC Store or Bravo.com, tickets to local sporting events, and more! Your Xfinity Rewards tier status is determined based on how long you’ve had continual service with us. We use your service activation date to determine your status. It's not based on points.
