Xfinity Rewards Program

I've been with Xfinity since 1986 and I'm very disappointed in there so called reward program. What benefit is there in being a Diamond member?? Giving me the chance to enter a contest to win a prize. Why can't you offer free movie rentals or 10.00 off the purchase of a movie. Something real and tangible not some contest. I wrote in and complained about this years ago but it's only gotten worse instead of better. At least you used to offer 1 dollar movie rentals every month but now that has been taken away. What's currently being offered is a joke!!!!! Xfinity needs to do a lot better job with these so called rewards or get rid of them.
