Xfinity Rewards problem



Hello,
I got an email today stating because I was a platinum member I would receive peacock premium for free. The issue I'm having is when I go to the rewards page it doesn't show anything. When I go to the assistant like the email says and to click activate, I do not see an activate button anywhere and the assistant has not helped at all. This image is all I see when going to rewards.

Hello, @Jpeter38 are you able to let me know if you see a Peacock activation banner when logging into the Xfinity Assistant using the link below? If no, use the Direct Messaging icon, next to the Bell icon, on the top right side of the page to send your name and service address to "Xfinity Support." This will help us work on the Xfinity Rewards issue.

I do not see a peacock banner when logging into the Xfinity Assitant. It just asks me basic questions like if i want to upgrade internet etc. I have messaged Xfinity Support with my name and service address.

I had same issue. Still can’t get into my rewards period.
