Xfinity Rewards page shows ask Xfinity no rewards
Not able to Access Xfinity Rewards since 1st April. Customer Service has no resolution to ticket just asking to wait for few days every time I reach out. Extremely disappointing experience.

Our rewards programs is one of my favorites and has always been so easy for my family to access with the Xfinity app. I'm sorry that you have been dealing with this trouble since April 1st. Whenever I have something wonky like this happen especially I feel like I'm being pranked. But I promise no pranks from us, and we will help figure out what happened. Are you accessing the rewards online at http://xfinity.com/rewards or through the Xfinity app?

I have tried through all channels, Xfinity web browser and app. It is is the exact same issue, the rewards page loads but their is no rewards. Just a blank Xfinity page. I have an open ECM ticket since April 6th, but no resolution.
