Xfinity Rewards page isnt showing up properly

whenever I go to the rewards page, it doesn't properly show up. I've tried different browsers and devices but the problem is the same.

Thank you for sending that screenshot. Would you happen to know if you have multiple usernames associated with your account? If so, could you please confirm if you're logging in with the primary username? If you're unsure if you have multiple usernames associated with your account, this link will give you step-by-step instructions on how to find any and all usernames associated with your account.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
