Xfinity rewards page is blank

I keep getting emails about xfinity rewards, but every time I try to access the rewards page, there is nothing available. Just a link to ask questions about the rewards program. How can I access my rewards?

I have tried that link numerous times on different devices and browsers and nothing shows up. Below is a screenshot
