xfinity rewards not working

When I try to access rewards, it shows the tour tab and then after that it only gives me an option to chat with assistant and doesnt load my rewards page. Help would be appreciated

Is this happening online or through the Xfinity app? How long has it been since you were able to access your Rewards page?

It happens through the app and online both. I havent checked my rewards in quite a while and started trying last week. Ive been getting the same thing since ive been trying since last week.

I have called 4 times to clarify my rewards program and received 4 different conflicting answers.  I can only conclude this is a poorly managed company.
