Xfinity rewards not working

I’m a rewards member and I’ve already received 2 movies but now it just keeps going to a white screen and stuck in a loop. The chats not helping and it’s becoming irritating at this point.

Xfinity must have changed to a different IT development and support company. 

Not only is this issue still present, but the email client is no longer secure.

I have used the rewards page before and now it's not letting me click that page and saying i'm not a primary account holder when first of all, i am, and second i've joined the rewards program a year or more ago and been on the rewards page before! this is annoying

@user_x5sw5q Thank you so much for letting us know you are not able to access your Xfinity rewards. Some customers do have more than one Xfinity ID set up for their accounts. To make sure your current Xfinity ID is the Primary ID you can check Say “Xfinity ID” or “Username” into your Xfinity Voice Remote to find the primary user's Xfinity ID on your X1 TV box or 

  1. Sign in to xfinity.com as the Primary user.
  2. Scroll to view the users on the account.
  3. Click the user whose role you'd like to change.
  4. Under the Manager Permissions section, click Change Permissions.
  5. Choose the user role you'd like the user to have, then click Continue.

I would then make sure to close all your windows and Xfinity apps you currently have open clear your device's history/cache and cookies and try https://customer.xfinity.com/Rewards directly with your confirmed Primary Xfinity ID. If you are still receiving the not primary user message let us know!
