I did clear my cache and cookies and restarted device. It shows nothing. It says Drew Rewards Platinum and the below it says Questions about Xfinity rewards. Nothing else shows.

The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it
