Xfinity Rewards newsletter emailed confusing information

Yesterday, the new Xfinity Rewards newsletter was emailed out with subject Your new rewards are in: August 2025

It stated: Enjoy a$10 GameStop e-gift card just for being an Xfinity Rewards member. Available 8/22–8/26 or while supplies last. Act fast! (screenshot at the bottom)

Since yesterday was 8/21, I waited until this morning... but it did not show up on the https://customer.xfinity.com/rewards site.

I called customer service, but there is none for the rewards department, so somebody in billing had to help me.

They said that they could see it, but I might have to wait. 

Later that morning it showed up for a few minutes:

There was nothing to click on, and then it disappeared at noon :-(

bort269 Let me see if I can find the reward for your account. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Same issue. Saw this in email. Checked at 5am, nothing, noon, nothing, tonight, nothing. Lame. Don’t “offer” stuff and waste my time.

I'm watching videos then I come across Xfinity rewards about the GameStop e gift card so I get on Xfinity rewards it says no longer available but on the video it says 8/22 to 8/26 so can you please fix it for me

Thanks for reaching out to us,  for the rewards you'll want to make sure you're signing with your primary Xfinity user ID to be able to claim the reward. Have you double checked that you're signing in with your primary Xfinity ID
