Xfinity Rewards issue and unlink previous account

I am unable to unlink a previous service account that is not in use because it says “automatic payments are still on.” This is strange because I canceled the service when I moved. So then I try switching to that account but it won’t even let me do that, it seems to exist in my app but doesn’t exist when I’m on safari. I think because I have two accounts that I am unable to enroll in xfinity rewards. I tried to get a live agent on the app but the prompts/responses did not allow for it which is really frustrating. Would appreciate help and tips on how to bypass the app prompts to access a live agent.

Click "Sig n In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
