Xfinity Rewards GolfPass Video

There was a GolfPass Video Reward for $4.99/year in my account. Unfortunately, it is no longer available even though I do remember the deadline was January 7th, 2025. Could a code be provided or credit so that I could sign up for 1 year? Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out to us @frankc21! We can certainly take a further look at the account and see what options are available. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

@user_aa8wyv​ For real...Customer service has been horrendous in trying to help me. Whether call, email, DMs here, chat - the absolute worst when it comes to understanding the issue and providing a resolution. I've never dealt with such awful and incompetent CS in my life.

@user_aa8wyv​ I sent them a screenshot that said "Join by Jan 7th 2025" and they said I'm not understanding that statement since it means that I will have the reward available on Jan 7th not that I have to redeem the reward by then. Comprehension issues here since that is not what it means by any stretch.

Yeah it is difficult dealing with them sometimes. I'm now trying to get back to the Rewards page and I keep getting asked to enter my password, so the website has issues as well. I intended to go back and redeem that GolfPass deal and thought I had still had time to do it but then it was gone. I'm sure that's what you intended to do as well. I guess I can only hope they offer it again at some point.
