Xfinity Rewards Error Message

I am eligible for the program but keep getting a neesage I am not eligible.  I have a confirmation email. We applied and sent my husband's DD214 to verify.

I sm a current member, the primary account holder, at least 18 and my account is in good standing. I meet all of the requirements.  My rewards account was also upgraded because of my husband's veteran status. Why am I getting an error that says my account is not eligible?

I understand you mentioned you have a confirmation email, and that your rewards account was upgraded. Can you walk me through the steps you're taking that prompts this error message? @user_nqflhh

I go to xfinity rewards page and log in. I get a message that says my account is not eligible for the program.

Can you double-check your login username to be sure it's entered in correctly? Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies on your device? user_nqflhh

I have spoken to several reps over the phone and was assured this would be taken care of, to no avail.
