xfinity rewards [Edited]

Does anyone have any idea about who I can contact about the actual rewards offered? They are [Edited: "Inflammatory"] nothing anyone gets super excited about but, more or less something that most people will just settle for being "okay". The experiences are very niched and most of the "discounts" aren't worth the time to read the fine print, that's another thing; so much fine print. The contests are not worth it and there is a lot of "at Xfinity discretion" which doesn't leave much room for confidence in these "prizes" yes, I'm aware that I'm using lots of quotation marks. I have asked for a contact before and have been told that these are the rewards and that every person I speak to agrees that it could use some work, but no one knows how to reach anyone in the magical super secret realm of People who are in charge of the rewards program.
