Xfinity Rewards: Detective Pikachu Film not showing up

Hello, I claimed the free movie Detective Pikachu via Xfinity Rewards two days ago. It shows active in my rewards history, but it is missing from my Xfinity Stream purchases library. Is it possible to manually apply the film to my Xfinity account so that I can watch it on Xfinity Stream? Thank you.
