Xfinity Rewards code for Universal tickets

I saved the Disney Orlando discounted tickets offer. When I try to use them I can’t book tickets for August. The maximum is only June 25th. I wanted to surprise my wife for her birthday in August. Why can’t I book passed this date?

user_btfn66, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. How long ago was this? If it has been out a while, the offer may expire in June. There should be something that goes over the terms and conditions. Let us know if you still need assistance.

It doesn’t saying anything about the discount only being good for before June 25th. The offer is called “ save on tickets to universal Orlando Florida”

I'm not seeing any date limitations specified in the membership reward. I may recommend contacting the Universal Ticket Support Team at 407-224-7840, which I found on their website.
