Xfinity Rewards Astros 5/18 Not Received

I got an email from Xfinity Rewards stating I was the winner for Astros tickets for 5/18 on 4/23. It stated I must reply back to claim reward and I did so on the same day. It stated I will receive tickets within 24 hours and I have still not received tickets for Astros game 5/18.

To send a Direct Message:

  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
