Xfinity Rewards Account

I’ve been a loyal Xfinity customer for nearly 10 years. In August 2024, after moving to a new address, I lost access to my long-standing Xfinity Rewards account. Ever since, whenever I try to access the rewards page, I receive an error message stating that I’m not eligible for Xfinity Rewards—despite having been a member for over 8 years.

Over the past 9 months, I’ve contacted numerous Xfinity customer service representatives in an effort to recover my account. Unfortunately, none of the suggested troubleshooting steps have resolved the issue, and I’ve received little meaningful support.

I recently discovered this support forum and am posting here in hopes of finally getting help to restore my original Xfinity Rewards account, which included many valuable perks.

user_gnbf8c We can help you with your Xfinity rewards concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
