Xfinity Rewards access

Hello.

I've had my account for a while now and I signed up for Xfinity Rewards some time ago too. I still get update emails about my rewards but when I try to go to the rewards page I get this message: "We can't offer you rewards right now".

So far the only thing I've gotten is generic messages about not being eligible or not being the primary person on the account when I'm already part of the program and the only person in the account.

If you are the primary user, we can certainly dive into the account to find the reason why you are unable to access the rewards. Can you please send us a DM to get started? 

Please send us a direct message with your full name, business name, full address, and phone number.
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "
Direct Message icon” 
(upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message

I got a message saying my ticket got closed, no more information. My issue has NOT been resolved.
