xfinity rewards access
I cannot access my Xfinity Rewards. I keep getting a message "Hmmm the page didn't load correctly". Does it on my desktop and phone so not a desktop computer issue. Is anyone else having the same issue and a solution?? It is important to be able to access the page since as of June 26th I can access Peacock for no extra charge as a Diamond Rewards customer. Help!!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I have no idea why, but it just loaded with no issue. I'm guessing they have been having an issue with the Rewards page because another forum answer mentioned others having a problem. I'll just hope for the best and see what happens.
