Xfinity Reward movie did not show up in my Purchases

I redeemed Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring extended edition on Thursday but it never showed up in my Purchases and I never got an email about it. In my Xfinity app it shows up as Active in redeemed benefits rather than Complete.

Hello @user_qyi5uw! Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Community Forum. We understand how frustrating it can be to redeem a membership benefit and then not be able to enjoy it as expected. You’ve come to the right place for help!

Typically, once a movie has been successfully redeemed, it should appear under Saved > Purchases and may take up to two hours to show as purchased on your TV Box. Since you redeemed The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring Extended Edition on Thursday, and it’s still showing as Active rather than appearing in your purchases, we’d be happy to take a closer look at your account.

When you’re ready, please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to "Xfinity Support". To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

To send us a direct message:

1. Click "Sign In" (If necessary)
2. Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon.
