Xfinity return

I’m asking to give a couple days on the return kinda of busy and kindly asking for some time to return.

Haiden Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your return. If your account is disconnected, the return is normally needed before your last bill prints, but if it is not received in time, we will be able to help submit a request for it to be removed once the return is processed. If your account is still active and you just made an equipment change, you would be billed until the old device is returned. 

For mobile returns after the 14-day return time frame, reverse a phone purchase.
