xfinity reset the netwrk and I lost all device connections with the wifi, including app access to the network

Our building decided to install an xfinity community wifi system.  Recently, xfinity reset the Southpoint network in Fort Lauderdale and I lost all device connections with the wifi, including app access to the network.  I am out of state and I lost contact with the thermostat, the cameras, etc.  I used to be able to see my wifi and passwords in the xfinity app.  Now, even that info is gone.
