Xfinity request for customer mobile number for account communication doesn’t work with Canadian mobile phone numbrer. What to do?
I am a Canadian resident with a condo in the US with Comcast Xfinity internet and TV service. My account setup asks for a mobile phone number as well as password and Authentication App. I provide it to receive an SMS text code and no text is received by me. Is this a known issue for non-US mobile phone users in receiving texts from Xfinity? Is there a solution?
