Xfinity refusing to repair damage to car

My car was damaged by debris that fell if a xfinity  cherry picker truck driving down the freeway.  I attempted to get the drivers attention to pull over. He looked at me but refused to pull over. After following him making myself late for work I gave up. I contacted xfinity. At first it appeared they were going to take responsibility and repair the damage. Then stopped any contract. I was contacted by the insurance company who said that xfinity is denying anything fell off the truck. I took a picture of the truck which showed unsecured equipment in the open back if truck.

I'm going to be canceling my xfinity service which we pay $180 a month. I refuse to support such irresponsible behavior.  Someone could have been injured or killed from large equipment falling off a truck traveling 65 miles per hour down the freeway.

Did you file a police report? Often times you will need a police report documenting who was at fault for the damage to your car before any company will provide you any type of repair compensation. At this point, it is basically your word against all of Comcast and without verifiable proof it was damaged by a Comcast truck it can be difficult for any company to take responsibility for that damage. I mean, how is Comcast to know that they caused the damage and not another car or some type of act of god?

I hope this helps.
