Xfinity refuses to deposit my $198.66 of credit from my closed Xfinity account

Xfinity gave me a credit of $48.66 April 15th and $150.00 May 2nd and I’ve yet to receive it when I reached out to live chat bot yesterday may 18 I was in contact with Akash, then he forwarded me to Arun and Arun forwarded me to Sarfraz the supposed supervisor then got me connected to a live agent via phone call and the live agent that was supposed to be for customer services said he was not and that I needed to be forwarded to billing he supposedly forwarded me to billing but it wasn’t it was a third party gift card company that is not hired by Xfinity but rather a 3rd party partner for the company all of that is highly suspicious and [Edited: Language] [Edited: "Inflammatory"]
