XFINITY RECOMMENDED SWITCH TO YAHOO EMAIL
I switched to Yahoo email at Xfinity recommendation. I worked on my computer and phone horribly. Deleted it I think but not sure it is entirely gone. Need to find out how I return to email program I have been for years with Xfinity. I'm a customer since 1997. Spen 40 minutes with chat with no help and was never given a phone number of live agent to explain my problem so I could get back my email.

@croquet
I think if you deleted your comcast.net account at yahoo.com your email address is gone. You can try calling the number @XfinityGabriel gave, but you probably have lost your email address permanently.

Email accounts at Yahoo have a delete grace period. See https://help.yahoo.com/kb/close-reactivate-yahoo-account-sln2044.html.

Yahoo sucks. I do not get pic files sent via my iPhone and Yahoo is loaded with adds. I would like my 2 email accounts restored to Comcast, I do not care about past emails as I have those stored. At the time I switched, I was forced to do so. Now Comcast has changed their tune and are not forcing clients to switch. At least they can do is to accept those unhappy customers back. I am a user for 40 years.
