Xfinity ran new cable underground to my house. Multiple issues with the work completed.

Xfinity had to run new cable underground to my house and there were multiple issues with the work completed.

1. Underground utilities were not marked. 

2. The cable was ran directly over the septic tank and septic lines.

3. The cable was not properly buried. It is at ground level and visible in spots.

4. It was haphazardly ran from the ground to the house and the box and is not attached in the box as the previous cable was.

The Xfinity assistant obviously can not help me with this and there is no way to talk with a live person on the phone.

How can these issues be resolved?

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

My issue has not been resolved. I have yet to be contacted by an Xfinity tech.
