Xfinity promotion support

I was offered the Xfinity "time to switch" mobile phone buyout promotion when i signed up for my new mobile service. I have been trying to fill out the promotion form online but it will not allow me to upload my final Verizon bill. I've tried multiple file formats (PDF, JPG, and PNG) in various file sizes (all less than the 10MB max). All failed.

I have also called the promotional help line at 1-833-269-9036 but i get stuck in an endless IVR loop with no option to speak to an agent. Same thing with the Xfinity chat assistant.

Please help.

Are you getting a specific error message when you are attempting to upload? 10 MB is a bit big for a screenshot of the bill, but that should upload no worries. Traditionally, the image of the bill must show: the name and logo of the prior post-paid mobile carrier, the date of the bill, the phone number, the brand and model of the phone you are trading in, and the outstanding balance owed on the device payment plan for that phone.

The bill PDF is only 498KB. The message just says file upload failed. Now, when I return to the same promo page I see a different error: "Your request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later."

Hmm, that is strange. I was curious if you have attempted to clear your cache and cookies from the browser yet? That would be typically the first-step to clear out any hiccup impacting the upload.
