Good question! We did some checking on this, and as of right now, the Xfinity Pro Extender cannot be purchased outright. It's part of the Xfinity Pro subscription, but as this technology grows, this is something we would imagine will change in the future. If it does become available for purchase, you should see that it's available for purchase in your Xfinity App and in the emails we send out.
@user_9615yd The Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender is included with the Xfinity Pro service at no additional charge. However, an optional backup battery for the extender can be purchased separately for $60. Are you receiving a charge? Is this a one time charge or recurring?
