Xfinity pro extender

Why does xfinity advertise the xfinity pro extender comes with up to two additional extenders when they make it impossible to actually acquire the additional extenders?Even with the pro extender I still have dead spot in my house. I run the connection test and clearly have multiple things that say weak connection. I have taken screen shots and have gone into a store and showed them and they have denied my request and say it can only be prompted by the app. However, the app only prompts the additional extenders at full price when they should be free with the 15 dollars a month that I pay for the xfinity pro extender service.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_gfk4dp Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. The only two subscriptions that may include an Xfinity WiFi Extender would be our Xfinity xFi Complete service or our newly released Xfinity Pro service. These plans cost $25/m and $15/m respectively.

If you currently subscribe to our Xfinity xFi Complete, you would need to receive an email indicating that an Xfinity WiFi Extender is recommended and redeem through the email only. You can learn more by visiting our 'Xfinity xFi Complete — Whole home WiFi evaluation' support page.

If you subscribe to our Xfinity Pro service, you would have already received an Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender which will help provide coverage to WiFi dead zones within the home. Do you currently have an Xfinity xFi Gateway and Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender within the home?

Hey there user_f3eo2o 👋 When you upgrade to Xfinity Pro, you'll receive a new gateway or router based on your network type, speed tier, and services. The Xfinity Pro Wi-Fi Extender is included with the Xfinity Pro service, but it is not available for separate purchase, so both the new router and the extender would be part of your upgrade to Xfinity Pro 👍 Are you interested in getting that added to your account?
