Xfinity Prepaid Modem US/DS flashing no service

My service suddenly stopped last night and when I checked the modem the US/DS is flashing, Online lights off, Wifi lights solid. I've done all the possible resets but nothing's working. Checked for outages. Says mine is fine then says there some in the area but just seems to be a default message.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I understand how important your services are to you as they are to me as I also to work from home full time and any service issues will cause a headache not only to not be able to assist my customers but prevents my kids from getting school work done and being entertained while I am working!

We offer convenient self-service options to check service interruptions through My Account, the Xfinity App, or the Xfinity Status Center at http://www.xfinity.com/support/status. Have you checked there yet? If no interruption, I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

I also wanted to make sure you are aware that any time you need to troubleshoot our Xfinity app can assist you step by step. It is not just to pay your bill or to get notifications about interruptions. To learn how to troubleshoot in the future you can follow the link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/using-xfinity-app. Honestly, it is the best app to date that we offer and super easy to use for all of your account needs! @Ericlavar24

I'm sorry but I switched to Frontier. The ai support and repeat instructions here is ridiculous. I could never get in touch with a real person. That app is horrible. I did all the things you mentioned over and over. Sorry, I just couldn't take it anymore.

Goodness, we're sorry to see you go.

If you have any Xfinity equipment it can be returned to

any UPS Store or Xfinity Store. Here's a link to the Xfinity store locator https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers?q=47.7027%2C-117.3702. Customers can also visit our Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen instructions for the device you'd like to return to us. Even if you’ve already disconnected your account, you can still use the Digital Return Center - you just need your Xfinity ID and password. You can schedule an at-home pickup by initiating the equipment return at the Digital Returns Center, printing the UPS return label, boxing up the equipment and then calling 1-800-PICK-UPS to schedule the pickup. Here is a link with more information on our equipment return options  https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment.
