Xfinity prepaid card not working with Verizon
Can someone help me or give me guidance? I’m getting extremely frustrated. I’ve been back-and-forth with Xfinity and Verizon three times each today. What is happening is I was issued prepaid cards from Xfinity to cover my Verizon bill. The first time Verizon went to process the card and it declined. I called Xfinity and they said that the Verizon employee put the wrong expiration date in so that’s fine. I call Verizon back. They try again and they read the card back to me and all the appropriate information and it’s correct and it declines again. I call Xfinity back and they say that it cannot be used on auto pay and it needs to be billed as a one time direct payment so I call Verizon again and have them do that and they tell me that it is not on auto pay. It’s just an outstanding balance and they have been processing it as a one time direct payment and it’s still declines and I’m reading other comments and post on the forum saying that the prepaid gift cards from Xfinity do not cover payment for other utilities so I’m getting extremely frustrated. can someone from Xfinity please help me

Good afternoon Mwitek24. We can look into this more for you.
Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
