Xfinity platinum member unable to access free peacock premium subscription

I am a Platinum Rewards member on a legacy 1200 Mbps plan. Been a member since 2017. Free peacock premium subscription should be included as a reward for being a Platinum member. I tried obtaining the free subscription I am entitled to and the standard Peacock activation page gives me an 'offer not available' error. I spoke to different live agents and they all told me no. They kept trying to change my current plan. I want to keep my exact current plan and do not want a new contract or TV bundle. Can you please manually push the Peacock loyalty entitlement token to my account?"

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.
